Why did you become a Physical Therapist?
After personally experiencing physical therapy treatment, I decided this was the medical career I was born to pursue. Physical therapy is an evidence driven profession that helps teach people what they can do with their bodies and achieve goals they may not have thought possible.
What are you involved with in your community?
I enjoy educating the community on injury prevention and how to manage pain, I also coach little league and running comets, and support North Polk Comets sports teams. I volunteer in NP middle school, educating our youth about pain science, nutrition, digestive health and teaches classes “Below the Belt” for our middle school girls teaching them the relevance of pelvic health.
