Why did you become a Therapist?

Having experienced multiple injuries and surgeries as a ballet dancer, I was in and out of physical therapy since I was 12 years old. The first time I walked into a PT clinic, I knew that I wanted to become a physical therapist. My passion for dance remains strong and I specialize in treating dancers. I understand the unique needs of, and demands on, a dancer’s body beyond the norms of sports rehabilitation. I blend art and science to help dancers maximize their body’s potential while addressing their individual strengths and limitations. I tailor treatment to each patient, utilizing both traditional methods and postural restoration based on their unique circumstances and goals. While I am passionate about treating dancers, I also enjoy working with other patient populations. I treat a multitude of diagnoses such as post-operative, joint or soft-tissue injury, and balance impairments, to name a few.

I am passionate about helping those in my community achieve their goals and providing compassion, hope, and healing for my patients as we walk together through recovery and injury prevention.

What are you involved in in your community?

Outside of the clinic, I am actively involved in my church community.
